Terms of Service

By purchasing a commission, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.
I retain the right to terminate the order in case commissioner violates this terms.

BASIC:• Payment via Boosty, Hipolink.
• Don't accept deadlines of any kind.
• Payment plan is available if total order amount exceeds $300+
• All Commissions are done DIGITAL (if not stated otherwise) and you will receive a High-Resolution and a Web-Version PNG File of your Picture.
• I take the right to refuse a Commission, if i dislike the topic/theme/character. If you are unsure about YOUR special desire, just ask if I would do it ;)
• I reserve the right to decide if I want to submit Your commission to my main page or any other site I own.
• You may post any art made for you to your page, crop it for an icon, and show it off wherever you like- but please remember to give me credit and link back to my page.
The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, any prints for yourself and friends etc.)! I have the right to upload the Commission to my galleries and use if for prints in artbooks, portfolios etc. (However, i will not recolor your commission for other people or things like that, I respect your commission as yours, of course.) If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask for a quote.

REFUNDS:• I ask that if you need to cancel before sending information or payment, you let me know as soon as possible. Dropping communication instead of formally cancelling disrupts financial and time planning and is generally disrespectful. Please keep in mind that before money changes hands, there is no obligation-- I won’t hold cancellation against you or take it personally, as long as you keep me informed.
• If the commissioner decides to cancel, I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done. Once you agree with the sketch, I continue and finish the work. If the FULL work is finished, I do not return the money. If the half of the work is finished, I'll give half of the amount. Work and my time to be paid.
• If I need to cancel the commission due to events in my own life, a full refund will be issued within an agreed upon time.

PROCESS:• I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style. This includes things like tweaking colors a bit and possibly adjusting markings to better fit the art language I use. In no case will I change things so much that the character is unrecognizable, and I will keep specifics like a certain number of spots or stripes the same. I will definitely not will imitating another artist's style.
• You will always get a Sketch to approve your Commission before I finish your picture. After sketch will be finished you can ask for minor changes.
• I accept changes based on things that I have forgotten or missed, like markings or essential accessories. This comes at no extra fee as long as that information was included in the original reference sheet or description.
• If you need resolutions larger than specified in the price list available (up to 5000 pix for big side), please let me know about it. Usually it at no extra charge.
• If the initial sketch was rejected for some reason, and the complete redraw was necessary, I reserve the right to keep the rejected sketch\pose, modify and use it in any way I see fit.
• When commission will finished,you will receive a High-Resolution and a Web-Version PNG File of your Picture.
• If You wish for a different artist to color or otherwise edit a commission made by me, please ask me before and show me the artist You have in mind.
• Also possible corrections or additions to the picture after finished work - $20 per mini change. All additions I draw over the work.

EXTRA:• Private commissions available: +$100
• Speed Paint (record of process) of commission available: +$50
• Any other additions of commission (let see my price or ask me for more details)

PERSONAL NOTE:• Depending upon my schedule, health, workload and the complexity of the commission the process of work after payment may range from a few days to a few month.
• Please keep in mind that you are not alone in the queue! I follow exactly on list down.
• My boosty buns have priority on commissions and early notification of commission opening. So often when I open commissions, they are the first to know about it. So in total I'm already full for other commissions and usual work from my other sites/galleries. I agreed with any genders and sex, bondage, bdsm, paw/foot fetish, tentacles, latex.Difficult to me, but I try practice:Humans, aliens, architecture, cybernetics, cars, techno-elements, robots (mecha), armour, weapon, characters with chaotic design.I don't want and not allowed to draw:War, death, dismemberment, mutilation, LGBT+ theme, politics theme, transformation, underage characters in sex scenes, loli or child abuse, diapers/scat, pissing/urine, anal/vaginal vore, vomit, sex with pregnant, hyper fat or dystrophy, hyper muscular, and other extreme fetishes 3: (ask me if your fetish isn't listed here).
